Following the government announcement, school will be closed to the majority of pupils from Wednesday, 1st July 2020.  Please see the following letter from Carolyn Robson, our CEO.

2020 06 30 TMET School Closure Letter June 2020 to Parents

The school continues to be open to those key worker and vulnerable children that have been attending throughout the school closure period. Attendance must be arranged with school. Opening hours will be 9am-3pm for all children, and a free packed lunch will be available to each child every day.  Please make sure your child has a water bottle, coat and sun cream (to suit the weather) put on before the school day. Please use the appropriate entrance for your child’s Cohort Team (information has been texted to families).

Work will continue to be set by the teachers for children to do at home.  Please click on the ‘Home Learning’ tab above, home learning packs have been sent home and the school Twitter has regular updates. Year group email addresses are also live during term time. Note that school will close on Friday 10th July for the summer holidays.

Phone lines will be open between 9am and 3pm on weekdays until the end of term.  A Designated Safeguarding Lead will be available on this number when selecting the appropriate option.

If you have any safeguarding concerns about a child outside of school hours, please call Social Care on 0116 4541004 or the NSPCC on 0808 800 5000. Concerns can also be sent to school via our email address – [email protected]
